Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Benefits Advisor located in Fresno, CA with flexibility for remote work. The Benefits Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer service, training, sales, and offering a range of Employee Benefits and Insurance plans.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Employee Benefits and Insurance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with training employees on insurance products
  • Strong sales background with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
