**Position responsibilities:**
* Communicates with customers electronically and by telephone in a prompt manner.
* Will be responsible for posting production schedules.
* Will be responsible for reports that are needed in morning meetings.
* Will assist in coding and clearing deductions.
* Mail Consumer Letters
* Responsible for releasing orders for Freight appointments.
* Responsible for scheduling buyers trucks.
* Brokerage (once a month)
**Essential skills and experience:**
* Should have impressive telephone etiquette.
* Great communication skills as well as ability to work with others in close manner.
* Able to deliver excellent customer service, externally and internally
* Should have good product knowledge
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
